I feel like these days (especially with the new year) we tend to start putting more pressure on ourselves to be the “best self” we can be. If this is the case for you, trust me, I’m in the same boat as you are. If it so happens to be trying to get more fit/healthy, trying out a new hobby, or making moves in your relationships, it can be very stressful trying to live a “less stressful” life.
It can be hard to take a step back and look at all the amazing things that are already great in front of your eyes. That is one of the many magical things about getting a massage; you are able to click on the reset button, escape the chaos of work, and/or take a break from those beautiful children of yours that are running around the house like little monkeys. Having a few moments to know that, yes, this world can be a bit to much to handle and can kick our butts sometimes, but taking that time to just relax, breathe, and have the reset button switched is very important.

Take those moments for yourself. Love yourself. BE KIND TO YOURSELF. Because you are a pretty incredible person, I think we all forget to tell ourselves that every now and then.
