Hello I’m Roynetta, but you can call me Roy! I’ve been living in Colorado for over 20 years with my family of 7, I cherish my marriage to a Navy veteran while we raise our 5 children in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. My interest in lymphatic drainage took me to craniosacral work, and now I practice intentional massage therapy at Amara. I have the perspective that massage is not just a luxury, but rather a valuable tool to help improve quality of life. Integrated massage is my passion and call to take care of others.
