Self Care = Self Love + Commitment
We cannot emphasize enough how important it is for each and every one of us to be practicing self care daily!
Remember, making yourself a priority is important to consistent self care, so don’t forget that you are worth it!
Below are a few resources for some of my favorite self care practices.
- If you haven’t tried Yoga with Adriene, please do! She is motivating, hilarious and kind.
- One form of self care is eating healthy and nutritiously. One of my favorite Chefs to follow and get recipes from is Danielle Walker with Against all Grain. Below is an excellent recipe she shares making sweet potato enchiladas.
- Lastly, I would like to share with you a positive thoughts meditation. Listen to the guided audio meditation compliments of Yoga Journal .
